    Wildlife filmmaking has a glamorous “dream job” title. It is a career seen as exotic and spectacular experiences that comes with travel and epic adventures. Ahem! Working with the real; living beings totally alien, unpredictable and unbelievably beautiful. That’s simply priceless!

    Despite of long hours, hard work and tropical illnesses – that’s exactly what it is. It’s no surprise that it is very tedious that needs preservers creation into action; making an exquisite art through frames. Incredible!

    Ranjana Bedi-Deonarain’s - Strength and discipline, harnessed with the experience of filming with the wild and exotic creatures is the process and the experiences that she creates these magnificent masterpieces.

    RANJANA BEDI-DEONARAIN is based in Canada and heads Bedi Universal INC. Ranjana is Granddaughter of Shree. Dr. Ramesh Bedi. Daughter of Shree. Naresh Bedi(Bedi Films). Elder sister of Shree. Ajay Bedi & Shree. Vijay Bedi(Bedi Brothers & Bedi Universal). Ranjana too have been involved with filmmaking of documentaries from a early age. She has written environment and Indian wildlife in sections in the newspapers and various magazines. She has worked on a wide range of filming projects.

    She has done video film production (direction) from International Center for Religion and Dipolmacy in Delhi. She has produced an advertisement on “Jazz Coke”, another on counterfeit consumer products, and a documentary on the refugee Tibetans living in Delhi on the banks of river ‘Yamuna’.

    Bedi Films, Bedi Universal & Bedi Universal Inc. has provided services to leading filmmakers and better known international channels for production of feature films, documentaries, music video, adverting, cooperate films, news & current affairs. Their topics include a wide spectrum of subjects from wildlife to sociology and from science to medicine.

    Production of documentaries on wildlife and conservation. Project based research, production, script, story-board, commentary, sub-titles, editing. Preparing proposals, budgets for marketing and distribution and archiving facts. Several award winning documentaries.

    Experienced hotelier at Le Montreux Palace (a super deluxe property in the Rivera) - Having worked at this property for almost an year on rotational basis in different food and beverage departments, learnt different theme banquets, breakfast, brunches, events, conferences, gala dinners, birthdays, religious & other ceremonies and weddings set-ups. This experience gave me an insight into several kinds of areas including special political, V.I.P and Diplomatic dinners in order of precedence etc. Also had an insight into the casino hospitality industry with high magnitude associations (banquets) with over 2000 guests including live artistic stage performances and shows.

    Events & Special Events Planning: experienced important operational activities of Fun Planet, an all in one facility entertainment center offering activities such as 16 large sets of Bowling alleys, Go Carting and six food and beverage outlets including exclusive fine dining, 3 disco-theques, conference rooms, banquet and break-up rooms, special children mountain climbing training and play areas. This premise had their own beer plant and was producing their own brands of Fun Beers and Fun Water, which were sold only at this property in entire Switzerland and perhaps the world.

    Sole Proprietor - 1992-1998 - SLIM LINE, The Aerobics Studio, Females only, New Delhi, India. Working with female students ages 3-65years; accounting, advertising, mentoring & training. Worked with dieticians and doctors for diet and nutrition planning for women in community and families.

    Experienced in Events management, judging inter college Choreography and Fashion shows. Successfully compiled shows and events for public & private schools. Freelanced for Indian exporters for special events, fashion shows and international trade shows.

Mme. Gaganpreet Kaur - Montessori Early Childhood Educator

Hello, my name is Gaganpreet Kaur, but you can call me Gagan. I am originally from India, where I was raised in a loving family and surrounded by a culture that values respect, care, and community. I completed my Early Childhood Educator diploma at Northern College, where I gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in child development, curriculum planning, and creating inclusive learning environments.

I take pride in guiding children through their early developmental stages. I believe that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing space where they can explore, imagine, and grow at their own pace. My role is not only to teach but also to listen, encourage, and celebrate each child’s achievements, big or small. I enjoy creating hands-on activities that spark curiosity and help children discover their strengths. Working closely with families is important to me, as it builds trust and ensures we work together to support each child’s success. Outside of work, I like to do meditation, which inspires my creativity and helps me bring fresh ideas to the classroom. Mme. Hemalini Kirubananthan - Early Childhood Assistant

I am Hemalini Kirubananthan, call me Ms. Hema. In 2003, I completed Office Administration from Centennial. Then in 2019 completed my “Early Childhood Assistant” certification as I love to work with children. After that I completed my Basic.fst- Food Saftey Certification in 2022 as I also enjoy cooking. 

I enjoy working at Montessori Villa Wisdom a lot and having fun time with children over here. I can communicate in English and Tamil.


Mme. Jagdeep Kaur Kingra - Early Childhood Educator

My name is Ms. Jagdeep Kaur Kingra. You can call me Ms. Jag. I am a student of Early Childhood Education from Northern College at Pures.

I was born and raised in small town in India, Punjab. After my graduation I moved to Canada for my higher studies. I am excited to be working with children in such a beautiful and caring environment. I am very passionate about working with children! I love the energy they bring and being able to see them grow and develop new skills everyday is a great experience. I love to do sketching and writing poems and children’s stories as well as arts and crafts. I am looking forward to work with children, families and colleagues at the Montessori Villa Wisdom.


Ms. Harshpreet Kaur - Registered Early Childhood Educator

My name is Harshpreet Kaur. You can call me Ms. Harsh. I am from India that is the land of culture and traditions. I have completed my senior secondary with medical stream in India. I gave IELTS coaching to many students in India. I completed my Early Childhood Education Program from Northern College at Pures Campus. I choose this program due to the personal reward and satisfaction that it brings. I choose to work as a pre-school Bilingual Montessori to get a chance to teach and learn with children that they will carry for life. I am also a well-determined, entertaining and pleasantly calm person. So, I feel these qualities are needed to create entertaining, engaging and creative classrooms that results in social, cognitive and emotional development in children.

Ms. Jot - Ranjot Kaur – Registered Early Childhood Educator

I am Ranjot Kaur, Ms. Jot a proud graduate of Northern College’s Pures Campus and an enthusiastic and committed Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE). I have always had a deep affinity for kids and a desire to positively impact their lives, even as a young child. My enthusiasm for early childhood education comes from my conviction that a child’s formative years are the most crucial for laying a solid basis for their future. I’m dedicated to establishing a secure, kind, and welcoming atmosphere where each child is respected, feels appreciated, and is allowed to express themselves. Mme. Rimpal Patel - SupervisorRegistered Early Childhood Educator

I am Ms. Rimpal – RECE - Supervisor at Montessori Villa Wisdom. I am a nurturing and patient person, who believes not only in the importance of educating children academically but also in providing them with the life skills needed for them to be successful as they grow.  

In Canada since 2012. In India, I was an elementary school teacher and completed my Masters of Commerce Degree. In Canada, I completed my Early Childhood Educator diploma at University of North in Manitoba. I have work experience with children from 6m to 12yrs. for more than 16 yrs.

Hands-on learning and providing children with different experiences contributes to creating a rich learning environment and thus I invite a variety of experts from different subject areas to share their expertise with the students.

I strongly believe that Montessori Villa Wisdom provides children with a safe, nurturing and educational environment allowing them to grow holistically and build a strong foundation in their early years.


Ms. Husan– Husanpreet Kaur - Registered Early Childhood Educator

My name is Husanpreet Kaur, Ms. Husan, and I am a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have graduated from Fleming college, Sutherland campus, Peterborough. I believe that every child is unique and capable, and I am committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. My approach is rooted in play-based and child-led learning, with a strong focus on building responsive relationships, supporting social-emotional development, and encouraging curiosity. With both academic training and hands-on experience, I strive to be a positive role model and supportive guide in each child’s early learning journey.


Ms. Parneet Kaur - Early Childhood Assistant

Hi, I’m Parneet Kaur, Ms. Preet an enthusiastic and caring Early Childhood Assistant. Under the guidance of certified Early Childhood Educators, I actively support the holistic development of children by engaging them in stimulating stories, songs, crafts, and playful learning. I prepare nutritious snacks, assist with daily routines such as dressing, toileting, and hygiene, and ensure each child enjoys a safe and nurturing environment. I also observe and document developmental progress and maintain a well‑organized classroom. Through effective communication and strong partnerships with educators, families, and colleagues, I help foster children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth—while continuously participating in professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.


Mme. Marguerite Kapinga - French Registered Early Childhood Educator

My name is Marguerite Kapinga, I am an early childhood educator. For this job, I must first practice my philosophy of meeting the needs of children. Then I must have a good knowledge of planning and programming according to their needs, get them to participate in the activities, and be confident in themselves. I must also have mastered the code of ethics and put it into practice.

Also, mastering my group is a real concern for me because I must work on my self-confidence to have a good mastery of my group. Communication will be very important to me. I must have a spirit of initiative considering the opinions of others, be a very patient person because the job requires patience.

It is also important to have a good relationship with parents, for example to make them feel comfortable in the school where their child is learning, to explain to them the course of their child's day. Finally, I must know how to settle conflicts between two children and remind them of the rules.


Ms. Salem Malicay – Early Childhood Assistant

I am Salem Malicay, call me Ms. Salem, proudly from the Philippines. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and have earned academic units in Elementary Education, Law, and a Master of Arts in Social Sciences. I’ve been a dedicated educator for eight years, teaching across various levels.

Currently, I am studying Early Childhood Education at Centennial College Progress Campus in Canada. My passion lies in working with young children, guided by the Montessori principle that every child is capable, competent, and full of potential. I believe education is not just about teaching—it’s about respecting the child as a whole person and nurturing their natural desire to learn.


Ms. Ritu Sharma - Registered Early Childhood Educator

My name is Ritu Sharma, and I work as an enthusiastic and committed early childhood educator because I firmly believe that education has the ability to influence children’s lives. I have always been drawn to working with children because I understand how important their formative years are to their overall development. I furthered my knowledge of child development, cognitive growth, and successful teaching strategies while pursuing a degree in early childhood education. My name is Ms. Gayathri Rajagopal. You can call me Ms. G. I am certified as a “Montessori Teacher” in Montessori teacher training philosophy from “International Montessori Teacher Training Institute” (IMTTI) & “Pedagogy Edu Solutions Teacher Training Institute” (PESTTI) . Am currently employed at Montessori Villa Wisdom, as the “Montessori Directress” for casa age group. I believe in children’s natural curiosity and love for hands-on learning. As Maria Montessori puts it, “within the child lies the fate of the future”, our responsibility is to carefully and lovingly mold the future generation.
